At Writer Business Services Private Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company”), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of personal data of our users. This includes personal data of (i) Our business customers and the individuals they designate (“Authorized Representatives”) to interact with Intelics Cloud (“Platform”) for the purposes of accessing Our cloud products and services (“Services”), as well as (ii) the visitors to Our Platform (collectively referred to as “Users”, “You”, “Your”).

• This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how We collect, use, store, disclose, retain, or otherwise process Your personal data such as, inter alia, name, address, contact details, financial information (“Data”) in relation to Your use of Our Platform and/or Our Services.
• This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
• The Data of end users stored, hosted, or otherwise processed by our business customers using Our Services, and
• Any products, services, website or other content offered by third parties, as they are governed by privacy policies of such third parties.
• All terms defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning given to them in the Terms of Service unless otherwise stated.

• Depending on Your access and use of the Platform and Services, We may collect Data in the following situations:

If You sign up for an event, webinar, or contest, or participate in a training, program, or similar workshops organized by Us, or agree to receive any marketing material or promotional offer from Us. * Please note that to the extent a general/company’s email ID is not linked to an individual, or where information is provided in masked form such that it is not linked to an individual, it will not be considered as personal data.

• Data Processing activities We cover

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Data collected by Us when You:

• Act as the Authorized Representative employed with Our business customer for Our Services;
• Purchase, subscribe or use Our Services;
• Create, access or manage Your User Account(s);
• Configure Your settings, provide data, location or other access related permissions, or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Register for, participate in, or attend Our events, webinars, sessions, workshops, etc;
• Communicate with Us through email, phone, or otherwise;
• Participate or complete a survey, questionnaire, support ticket, or other similar information request forms; and
• Subscribe to Our newsletters or similar communications, including marketing and promotional communications or offers.

• Specific Purpose of Data Processing
• Subject to Your prior consent, We collect, process, and use Your Data for the following purposes, as applicable, depending upon Your use of Our Platform and/or Our Services:

3.	Analyzing interests and preferences	We process Your Data to analyze Your interests and preferences for gathering insights and trends to enable us to improve Your experience on Our Platform or to better our Services.
4.	Sending communications and managing Our relationship with You	We process Your Data to manage Our relationship with You which includes: a. sending information regarding any changes to the Privacy Policy and other policies including; b. keeping You posted on any new products or services, upcoming events, offers, promotions and other information that We think would be of interest to You; and c. communicate with You in case of any queries or troubleshooting necessary to be able to provide Our Cloud Services efficiently. d. Sending marketing and other non- transactional information such as newsletters, SMS, notifications, etc.
5.	Displaying personalized content	We process Your Data for undertaking market research, understanding and analyzing Your preferences/ interests, and accordingly customizing information/ content available on our Platform.
6.	Hosting webinars, trainings, and other similar workshops/ sessions	We process Your Data to curate, host, and manage webinars, workshops, trainings, and other similar sessions for which You have registered.
7.	Optimizing Our Platform and Our Cloud Services	We process Your Data to optimize the performance of Our Platform, including its website, and Our Services.
8.	Managing security	We process Your Data to maintain and ensure security of Our system and networks by detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions or activities, misuse of Our Platform or Services.
9.	Internal purposes	We process Your Data for Our internal purposes such as audits, research, product and service analysis, etc.
10.	Legal obligations	We also process Your Data to comply with and fulfill any obligations under any law for the time being in force in India

• Who do We share Your Data with?

                     

1. Affiliates: As agreed between us, We may share Your Data including with Our affiliate entities such as. Usage of Your Data by such entities will be governed by this Privacy Policy.
2. Employees, independent contractors, and service providers: We may provide Your Data including with our trusted employees, independent contractors, and service providers such as on a need-to-know basis for servicing Your account.
3. Re-selling partners: We may share Your Data with Our authorized reselling partners, solely for the purpose of contacting You about products that You have purchased, downloaded or services that You availed or signed up for with them.
4. Business Transfers: If We are acquired by, or merged with, another company, or if Our assets are transferred to another company or as part of a bankruptcy proceedings, We may transfer Your Data to such other  company.

                     

• Legitimate uses

We may process, share, or disclose Your Data without consent in certain circumstances as mentioned below:

1. Legal requirement: We may process, share, or disclose Your Data without consent for (i) fulfilling any obligations under any law for the time being in force in India, (ii) complying with any judgment or decree or order issued by a court under any law for the time being in force in India.
2. Investigation: We may process, share or disclose your Data without consent if We believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or act in relation to any illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threats to safety of any person or in violation of the Privacy Policy.

• Your rights in relation to Your Data Opt-out

1. Right to opt out: You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional materials, newsletters, and other non-essential messages by using the ‘unsubscribe’ function included in all such communications. However, You will continue to receive essential communication such as account notification emails (password change, renewal reminders, etc.), security incident alerts, security update notifications, and essential transactional and payment related communication. If You are an Authorized Representative of one of Our business customers, please reach out to competent authority in Your organization to process such opt out requests.
2. Right to withdraw consent: To the extent Your consent forms the basis of processing Data, You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing of Data based on such consent before its withdrawal. If You are an Authorized Representative of one of Our business customers, please reach out to the competent authority in Your organization to process Your consent   withdrawal requests. Any and all consequences of Your withdrawal of consent resulting in, inter alia, disruption of certain services, or unavailability of some Platform features, will be borne entirely by You. We will also inform the relevant third-parties with whom We have shared Your Data to stop processing Your Data.
3. Right to access information about Data processed: You have the right to access and obtain (i) a summary of Data which is being processed by Us and the processing activities undertaken by Us with respect such Data; (ii) the identities of all other data fiduciaries and data processors with whom Your Data has been shared by Us, along with a description of the Data so shared; (iii) any other information related to Your Data and its processing as may be required.

• Right to correction and erasure of Data:

1.  Erasure: You have the right to erasure of Data for the processing of which You have previously given Your  consent. We will also erase Your Data if (i) We recognize that the specified purpose for which such Data was collected is no longer being served; (ii) You withdraw Your consent; or (ii) You send Us a request to erase Your Data at [insert email ID] privacy@intelicscloud.com. We will erase Your Data unless (i) retention of the same is necessary for the specified purpose for which such Data was collected; or (ii) for compliance with any law for the time being in force. All erasure requests will have to be routed through  Your company.
2. Correction, completion, and updation: You have the right to correction, completion, updation of Data for the  processing of which You have previously given Your consent. Upon receiving Your request for correction, completion or updation of Your Data, We will (i) correct the inaccurate or misleading Data; (ii) complete the incomplete Data; and (iii) accordingly update Your Data. You will be responsible for verifying if the Data provided by You is genuine and authentic. All such requests will have to be routed through Your company.
3. Right to grievance redressal: You have the right to redress Your grievances in respect of any act or omission by Us in relation to the performance of Our obligations in relation to Your Data. We have also appointed a Grievance Officer who will expeditiously redress Your grievance(s). Please see Clause 10 of this  Privacy Policy for details of the Grievance Officer.
4. Right to nominate: You are an authorized representative of Your company and we will only accept any nomination requests based on specific authorization from Your Company. Please route all communication through Your company.

• Retention of data

1. Unless retention of Data is necessary for compliance with any law for the time being in force in India, We will erase Your Data upon the withdrawal of Your consent, or as soon as it is reasonable to assume that specified purpose for which Your Data was collected is no longer being served, whichever is earlier.
2. In compliance with the Indian laws, We retain the information You provide to Us for registration on Our Platform for a period of 180 (one-hundred and eighty) days after any cancellation or withdrawal of Your registration, as the case may be.

• Security

1.  We take security of Your Data seriously and have taken steps to implement appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction of the Data You entrust with Us. You should however take necessary steps at Your end as well to protect against unauthorized access to Your passwords and devices. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or  for any unauthorized activities on Your account.
2. If You have any concerns regarding the security of Your Data, We encourage You to check Our Security Policy or write to Us at privacy@intelicscloud.com with any questions.

• Changes to Privacy Policy

1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will always be available on the Platform. We urge You to look for updates while accessing the Platform or availing Our Services. We will notify You of any updates to this Privacy Policy that might materially affect the purpose of collecting your Data, prior to the change becoming effective by means of a notice on the Platform. You will be required to review the updated Privacy Policy and click on the ‘I Accept/I Consent’ button. If you do not accept the updated Privacy Policy, You may exercise your rights as per Clause 6 above. However, we may not be able to provide You certain or all Services in such case.

1. In compliance with law, we have designated as Our Grievance Officer Anil Satam to address any discrepancies or grievances You may have in relation to processing of Data. You may reach the Grievance Officer by sending an email at or by writing to Us at: privacy@intelicscloud.com .

• Consent

1. By clicking on “I agree/I consent”, You acknowledge that You are above the age of 18, You have read and understood the Privacy Policy, and that You agree to give Your voluntarily, free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent to Us for collecting, storing, processing, utilizing, retaining, and sharing your Data for the legitimate purpose of providing You access to Our platform and/or Our Services in the manner as specified in this Privacy Policy. If you are accepting this Privacy Policy on behalf of a  business customer,  You  also specifically confirm that You have voluntarily agreed to act as an Authorized Representatives and agree to  the terms of this Privacy Policy in your individual capacity as well vis-à-vis  your Data
